Ingredients
- 3 lb. side of salmon (skin on)
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp minced garlic (1 large clove)
- 1/3 cup olive oil (plus more for brushing grill)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the salmon by cutting it into six equal portions and placing skin-side down in a baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, dijon mustard, minced garlic, and olive oil until emulsified.
- Reserve 2 tablespoons of the marinade and coat the salmon with the remaining mixture. Let it marinate at room temperature for 10 minutes.
