  • 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)

Instructions

  2. Cream softened butter and granulated sugar in a stand mixer until fluffy. Add eggs, mashed bananas, and vanilla; mix well.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the banana mixture until just combined.
  4. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow cooling completely.
  5. For the frosting, beat together softened butter and cream cheese until smooth; gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla until desired consistency is reached.
