Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 medium ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup natural creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil (or avocado oil)
  • 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • Optional: 1/2 cup chocolate chips or dried fruit

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350ºF (175ºC) and line an 8×8" baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth. Stir in the peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.
