- 1 1/2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh chives
- 1/2 tsp. dried dill

- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
Instructions
- Pickle the red onions by combining sliced onions with apple cider vinegar, water, sweetener, and salt. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
