  • 1 pound elbow macaroni
  • 15 ounces Miracle Whip or mayonnaise
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs
  • 3/4 cup diced red onion
  • 3/4 cup diced celery
  • 3/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 3 tablespoons sugar or sugar substitute
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • Salt and Black Pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni in boiling salted water according to package directions until al dente. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together Miracle Whip, sugar, celery seed, garlic salt, vinegar, relish, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add chopped hard-boiled eggs and diced vegetables to the dressing. Then fold in the cooled pasta until well combined.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
