  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Cut both apples into matchsticks and toss with lemon juice in a bowl. Let soak for 5 minutes to prevent browning.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine matchstick carrots, diced onion, and dried cranberries.
  3. Add the soaked apples to the bowl.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together vanilla yogurt, mayo, sugar, salt, and pepper. Pour over the salad ingredients.
