  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
  2. In a blender, combine sweetened condensed milk, coconut milk, whole milk, eggs, flour, sugar, melted butter, baking powder, and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan. Place the bundt pan inside a larger baking dish filled with water (water bath).
  4. Bake for 50–60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  5. Allow cooling in the pan for 15 minutes before transferring it to the refrigerator for at least two hours.
  6. Garnish with shredded coconut before serving chilled.
