- 1 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp dry shallots
- 2 tbsp Gluten Free 1:1 Flour
- 1/4 cup pasta water
Instructions
- Boil the gluten-free farfalle pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- Mix paprika, oregano, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Pound chicken breasts slightly for even cooking and season both sides with the spice mix.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken for about 5 minutes on each side.
- Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and cook until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (approximately 10-12 minutes). Remove from pan and slice.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté dry shallots with Italian seasoning for one minute.
- Stir in gluten-free flour before adding chicken broth and heavy cream; whisk until smooth.
