- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- For the cinnamon swirl: 4 tablespoons melted vegan butter
- ⅓ cup light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- For the frosting: ¾ cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons melted vegan butter
- 2 oz softened vegan cream cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, melted vegan butter, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Add baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, flour, and oats; stir until just mixed.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Mix together melted vegan butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon for the swirl; spread half over the batter.
- Add remaining batter and top with the rest of the cinnamon mixture.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center. Allow to cool before frosting with the mixture of powdered sugar, melted butter, and cream cheese.
