Instructions

  3. Stir in Greek yogurt, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Gradually combine with the wet ingredients until just blended.
  5. Prepare the cinnamon swirl mixture by combining additional sugars and cinnamon in a separate bowl.
  6. Layer half of the batter into the loaf pan, sprinkle with the cinnamon swirl mixture, then top with remaining batter. Swirl using a knife.
  7. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool in the pan for 20 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
