Ingredients

  • 2 cups sliced cucumbers (English or Persian)
  • ½ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ⅓ cup cooked turkey bacon (crumbled)
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp dry ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped red onion
  • 12 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • Salt & black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Crisp the turkey bacon in a pan or microwave until golden brown. Crumble into small pieces and let cool.
  2. Slice the cucumbers into ¼-inch rounds.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream and ranch seasoning until smooth.
  4. In a large bowl, mix sliced cucumbers, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, red onion, and dill.
  5. Pour the dressing over the cucumber mixture and gently mix until well coated.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste; chill for 10–15 minutes before serving if desired.
