- 2 cups sliced cucumbers (English or Persian)
- ½ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- ⅓ cup cooked turkey bacon (crumbled)
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp dry ranch seasoning mix
- 2 tbsp finely chopped red onion
- 1–2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- Salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Crisp the turkey bacon in a pan or microwave until golden brown. Crumble into small pieces and let cool.
- Slice the cucumbers into ¼-inch rounds.
- In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream and ranch seasoning until smooth.
- In a large bowl, mix sliced cucumbers, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, red onion, and dill.
- Pour the dressing over the cucumber mixture and gently mix until well coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste; chill for 10–15 minutes before serving if desired.
