  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup butter (softened)
  • 1½ cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1½ tsp baking powder

  • 1½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two loaf pans.
