- 2 cups water or vegetable broth

Instructions
- Rinse the rice under cold water until clear. In a medium saucepan, combine rinsed rice, water (or vegetable broth), butter, thyme, and parsley; bring to a boil.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; cook chicken for 6–7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Add chicken broth and lemon juice; simmer for about 2 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low, stir in heavy cream, and return cooked chicken to the skillet. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Once rice has absorbed all liquid (about 15–20 minutes), fluff it with a fork before serving alongside the creamy chicken.
