Ingredients
- 12 oz small pasta noodles
- 2 cups frozen peas (thawed)
- 12 oz thick-cut Turkey Bacon (cooked and chopped)
- 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and rinse under cold water.
- Prepare peas, cook and chop Turkey Bacon, and grate parmesan cheese.
- In a bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients until smooth.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine pasta, peas, Turkey Bacon, parmesan cheese, then pour dressing over and mix gently.
- Chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours before serving or enjoy immediately.
