  • 6 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 10 oz frozen spinach
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
  • 1 ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
  • Salt (to taste)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine the minced garlic, thawed spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, parmesan cheese, and minced onion. Stir well.
  2. Cook over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes until everything is melted and creamy.
  3. Grease a small baking dish with olive oil spray.
  4. Pour the dip into the prepared dish and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
