  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
  3. Whisk together honey, orange juice, garlic, and soy sauce in a bowl until combined.
