- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 packet French onion soup mix
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, chopped onion, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until fully combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter and place them on a baking sheet.
- Transfer the formed meatballs to the crockpot and evenly distribute them.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the beef broth and French onion soup mix until well combined. Pour over the meatballs in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until fully cooked. For the last 15 minutes of cooking, sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and cover until melted.
