  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • ½ tsp sugar (or maple syrup/agave)

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the cucumber and carrots.
  2. Julienne both vegetables using a sharp knife or julienne peeler and place them in a large mixing bowl.
