Ingredients
- 8 ounces elbow pasta
- 1/2 cup dill pickle juice
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (diced)
- 1 cup sliced dill pickles
- 3 tablespoons fresh dill (chopped)
- 3 tablespoons white onion (finely chopped)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the elbow pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Rinse under cold water and drain.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta with half of the dill pickle juice. Let sit for 5 minutes before draining excess liquid.
- In a separate bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, remaining pickle juice, and Sriracha until well blended.
- In a serving bowl, add the pasta mixture along with diced cheddar cheese, sliced pickles, chopped dill, and finely chopped onion. Pour dressing over the top and gently toss to combine.
- Refrigerate for 4-6 hours before serving to allow flavors to meld.
