  • 16 oz package pre-cooked sausages
  • 4 small zucchini
  • 2 red bell peppers (optional)
  • 1 small red onion (optional)
  • 1/4 cup Newman's Own Classic Oil and Vinegar Dressing
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut zucchini and any other vegetables into uniform pieces.
  2. Place the vegetables in a Ziploc bag, add dressing, and marinate for at least an hour.
