  • 1 block cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp garlic (minced)
  • 1 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 1/4 cup parmesan (shredded)
  • 1 8-10 oz can artichokes (diced)
  • 1 10 oz bag organic frozen spinach (defrosted and squeezed)
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • Grated parmesan (to sprinkle on the top)
  • Mozzarella (to sprinkle on the top)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, artichokes, spinach, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well blended.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly into a baking dish or cast iron skillet. Sprinkle additional mozzarella and parmesan on top.
  3. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly. For a golden crust, broil for an additional 2 minutes.
