Ingredients
- 1 block cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp garlic (minced)

- 1 10 oz bag organic frozen spinach (defrosted and squeezed)
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- Grated parmesan (to sprinkle on the top)
- Mozzarella (to sprinkle on the top)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, artichokes, spinach, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well blended.
