Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper
- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cucumber, grated and drained
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp fresh dill, chopped
Instructions
- For the tzatziki, mix Greek yogurt, grated and drained cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped dill, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Chill until ready to serve.
- Rub chicken breasts with olive oil, smoked paprika, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Grill over medium heat for about 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through. Let rest before slicing.
