Ingredients

  • Grilled chicken breast slices
  • Ripe avocado
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Sweet potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Paprika
  • Chili powder
  • Salt
  • Fresh cilantro

  • Red onion

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Cut sweet potatoes into fry shapes, toss with olive oil, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 25 minutes until crispy.
