- 1 tsp paprika

- 1 cup cherry tomatoes

- 1 cup mixed greens or chopped romaine
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp chopped parsley or cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Toss sweet potato wedges with olive oil, paprika, and salt; bake for 25–30 minutes.
- Coat chicken strips in olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Grill or pan-sear until golden brown (4–5 minutes per side).
- In a bowl, mix together mixed greens, diced avocado, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced red onion. Dress with olive oil and lemon juice; season to taste.
- For the yogurt sauce, combine Greek yogurt with lemon juice and chopped herbs; mix until smooth.
