  • lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • ⅓ cup Dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice), minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  2. Place the chicken in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 4 hours for enhanced flavor).
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard any excess marinade. Grill for about 5–7 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and nice char marks form.
  5. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve garnished with fresh parsley.
