  • 4 (6 oz. each) mahi mahi fillets

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced jalapeno pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon minced cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Prepare the salsa by grilling halved avocados and peach wedges until charred, then chop and mix with jalapeno, cilantro, lime juice, and salt.
