  • 1 ½ lbs top sirloin
  • ½ cup Soy Vay® Island Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 lbs pineapple
  • 1 small red onion
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Cut top sirloin into 1.5-inch cubes and marinate in Soy Vay® Island Teriyaki sauce for at least three hours.
  2. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  3. Chop red and green peppers, red onion, and pineapple into large pieces; toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Assemble kabobs by threading steak cubes, veggies, and fruit onto soaked skewers alternately.
  5. Grill on medium-high heat for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until beef reaches an internal temperature of 145ºF.
  6. Baste with extra teriyaki sauce while grilling for added flavor.
