Ingredients
- 3 lb sweet potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp cornstarch
Instructions
