  • ½ cup sour cream
  • Hot fudge sauce, whipped cream, maraschino cherries, sprinkles (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Line a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Stir in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder until just combined. Spread into prepared pan and bake for 15 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar with an electric mixer until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Mix in vanilla extract and sour cream until fully incorporated. Pour over the brownie base.
  4. Bake for 45–50 minutes or until center is set but slightly jiggly. Cool to room temperature before chilling for at least 4 hours.
