  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast (1 packet)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1520 crushed Oreo cookies
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes until frothy. Mix in melted butter and salt.
  2. Gradually add flour until a soft dough forms. Knead on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  3. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  4. Roll out the dough into a rectangle (about ½ inch thick). Spread melted butter over it, then sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture and crushed Oreos.
  5. Roll tightly from one long side into a log shape and cut into slices (about 1 inch thick).
  6. Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise again for about 30 minutes while preheating the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
