- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 15–20 crushed Oreo cookies
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes until frothy. Mix in melted butter and salt.
- Gradually add flour until a soft dough forms. Knead on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle (about ½ inch thick). Spread melted butter over it, then sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture and crushed Oreos.
- Roll tightly from one long side into a log shape and cut into slices (about 1 inch thick).
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise again for about 30 minutes while preheating the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
