  • 1 ½ cups all purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ⅓ cup dutch processed cocoa powder
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Cream unsalted butter with white and light brown sugars until light and fluffy.
  2. Add room temperature egg, egg yolk, and vanilla; mix until combined.
  3. Gradually mix in dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder.
  4. Fold in white chocolate chips and chill dough for 45–60 minutes.
  5. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  6. Scoop dough onto sheets with space between each cookie.
  7. Bake for 10–11 minutes; press extra chocolate chips on top after baking.
