Description

White Chocolate Blueberry Lasagna is an exquisite no-bake dessert that combines layers of creamy white chocolate mousse, fresh blueberries, and delicate ladyfinger cookies.   • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp agar-agar powder
  • 15 ladyfinger cookies

Instructions

  1. Crush ladyfinger cookies into crumbs and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, cook half of the blueberries with 1 tbsp sugar over medium heat for about 5 minutes until softened. Allow to cool.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whip together mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, melted white chocolate chips, remaining sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  4. In a baking dish, layer half of the cookie crumbs, followed by half of the creamy mixture and then half of the blueberry mixture. Repeat the layers.
  5. Sprinkle agar-agar powder over warm water; stir well and drizzle over the layered lasagna to set.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight before serving.
