- ¾ cup plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice

- ¼ cup kalamata olives, pitted and chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or mint
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 4 large pita breads
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cut pita bread into triangles or strips and arrange on a baking tray. Brush both sides with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano, garlic powder, and salt.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes until golden brown; let cool.
