- 6 oranges
- 150 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 150 g butter
- 150 g dark chocolate
- 100 g flour
Instructions
- Begin by cutting off the tops of the oranges and carefully scooping out the flesh. Reserve the juice.
- In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, 5 cl orange juice, eggs, melted butter, and melted chocolate. Mix until smooth.
- Gradually add flour and stir until well combined.
- Fill each hollowed orange with the batter and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake at 180 °C for about 20 minutes or until set. Allow to cool slightly before serving warm with powdered sugar and fresh mint.
