- 2 small leeks
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 eggs
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 2/3 cup whole milk
- 1 cup grated Gruyère cheese
- Sea salt and fresh-ground pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
