  • 2 Oranges
  • 200 mL Filtered Water
  • 6 Pinches Ground Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Thoroughly rinse the ginger and turmeric roots under cold water, peel them with a vegetable peeler, and chop roughly.
  2. Peel and slice the lemon and oranges, discarding any seeds and bitter pith.
  3. In a powerful blender or food processor, combine chopped ginger, turmeric, sliced lemon, oranges, and filtered water. Blend until you achieve a cloudy yellow juice.
  4. Strain the mixture using a fine-mesh sieve into a cup or pitcher to remove pulp.
  5. Pour 60 mL (2 fl oz) of the strained juice into small sealable vials. Add a pinch of black pepper into each vial to enhance absorption.
