- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract (for glaze)
- 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 11×7 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In one bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, cream softened butter with both sugars until smooth, then add eggs, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
- Gradually incorporate the dry mixture into the wet ingredients, followed by folding in the chopped apples.
