  • 2 pounds lean beef (sirloin or tenderloin), cut into 2-inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons beef stock
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Onion powder
  • Garlic powder
  • Steak seasoning
  • Dried thyme
  • Dried oregano
  • Black pepper
  • Bay leaves

Instructions

  1. Trim the beef of excess fat and cut into cubes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, beef stock, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, steak seasoning, thyme, oregano, black pepper, and bay leaves to create the marinade.
  3. Place the beef cubes in a plastic bag or container; pour the marinade over and ensure even coating. Refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours or overnight.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Thread marinated beef onto skewers.
  5. Grill kabobs for approximately 8–15 minutes based on desired doneness; let rest before serving.
