  • 2 T balsamic vinegar
  • 1 T Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Rub the flank steak with your favorite steak rub and place it in a Ziploc bag. Pour the marinade over it and seal tightly. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.
  3. Preheat your grill to high heat (450-500°F). Let the steak come to room temperature before grilling.
  4. Grill the steak on each side until it reaches an internal temperature of 130°F for medium rare (about 10 minutes total).
  5. Remove from grill, cover with foil for 5-10 minutes to rest, then slice against the grain and serve.
