Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×9 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In one bowl, sift together mochiko and sea salt. In another bowl, whisk matcha powder and sugar until well combined.
- Beat eggs until frothy in a separate bowl. Mix in melted butter and vanilla; gradually stir in milk until incorporated.
- Gently combine wet and dry ingredients with a rubber spatula until just mixed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- For the ganache, heat heavy cream until simmering, then remove from heat and stir in white chocolate chips and matcha powder until smooth.
- Once brownies cool completely, pour ganache on top and allow to set before slicing into squares.
