Ingredients

  • 1 grilled chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs for 7-8 minutes until cooked through. Cool in ice water, peel, and quarter.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, diced cucumber, and halved cherry tomatoes; toss gently.
  3. Assemble by topping the salad base with sliced grilled chicken, avocado slices, quartered eggs, crumbled feta cheese, and Kalamata olives.
