  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp pickled jalapeño juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, pickled jalapeño juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  2. Add cooked elbow macaroni and stir until evenly coated with the dressing.
  3. Fold in diced chicken, celery, shredded carrot, cubed Munster cheese, diced red onion, corn, and jalapeños until well combined.
  4. Chill in the fridge for at least an hour before serving or serve immediately.
