  3. Preheat oven to 350°F. Prick each shell's bottom and bake for 13-16 minutes until golden. Cool completely on a wire rack.
  4. Fill cooled shells with vanilla pudding and top generously with fresh fruit.
  5. Optional: For shine, mix apricot preserves with water and brush over the fruit.
