Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup peanut butter
  • 2 1/2 tbsp milk
  • 1 1/4 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp natural unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 5 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 12 oz mini Reese’s, chopped
  • Chocolate sauce

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Mix in peanut butter and milk until combined.
  2. In another bowl, whip heavy cream, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  3. Layer the cheesecake mixture in clear cups followed by chopped Reese’s and chocolate sauce. Repeat layers and top with whipped cream and a mini Reese’s for garnish.
  4. Chill the trifles for at least one hour before serving.
