- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 4 green onions
- 8 Mandarin pancakes or flour tortillas
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce and hoisin sauce.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook sliced chicken until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes; remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic and grated ginger until fragrant.
- Add vegetables (cabbage, mushrooms, carrots, green onions) and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Return chicken to the skillet with vegetables; pour in sauce mixture and stir well for another minute.
- Drizzle sesame oil over the mixture; season with salt and pepper to taste.
