Ingredients
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 8 napa cabbage leaves, sliced
- 5 oz mushrooms (optional)
- 1/2 block soft tofu, sliced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, smashed
- 2 teaspoons light soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and white pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat chicken broth in a medium-sized pot over medium-high heat. Add ginger, green onion, garlic, and soy sauce.
- Once boiling, add the white part of napa cabbage and mushrooms if using. Cook for about 4 minutes until softened.
- Stir in the green part of napa cabbage and tofu. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
