- 1 1/2 cups long-grain white rice
- 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 pound shrimp (peeled and deveined)

Instructions
