Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Bachan's Original Japanese Barbecue Sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 rack of baby back ribs
- Toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions
- Marinate the ribs by mixing barbecue sauce, brown sugar, and garlic in a bowl. Remove the membrane from the ribs and coat them in the marinade. Cover and marinate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Remove the ribs from the marinade (set aside) and wrap tightly in aluminum foil.
- Bake wrapped ribs on a deep baking sheet for 2 to 3 hours until fork-tender.
- While baking, boil reserved marinade in a pot until thickened into a glaze.
- Unwrap ribs, brush with glaze, and broil for 3-5 minutes until caramelized.
