  • 5 green tea bags
  • 5 cups water (divided)
  • 2 large peaches (peeled) or 3 medium peaches
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup water (for peach mixture)
  • Optional: 2 tablespoons fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Brew the green tea by boiling 4 cups of water. Remove from heat and steep the tea bags for 3-5 minutes.
  2. While brewing, peel and slice the peaches. Blend them with 1/2 cup of water until smooth.
  3. In a heatproof pitcher, combine brewed tea (remove tea bags), blended peaches, and honey. Stir until well mixed.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours before serving over ice, garnished with parsley if desired.
