- 6 slices turkey bacon (diced)
- 1 large onion (diced)
- 2 lb yellow flesh potatoes (sliced thinly)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 egg (beaten)
Instructions
